Slytherin Quidditch Team
The Slytherin Quidditch team is comprised of eleven house members; six girls and five boys. Captained by Oscar Parker? and Co-Captain Lyneth Bell?, the Slytherin team is considered to be one made up of some very talented Quidditch players. On this page... (hide) BeatersCo-Captain Lyneth Bell? plays as a beater for the team. Her cool determination and competitive nature provides a great asset to the Slytherin Team. She's a quick flier and a good shot with a beater's bat. Protective of her fellow players, Lyneth is more than willing to dive in a bludger's path herself to save her teammates the injury. She's played on the House team for longer than anyone can remember and had personal training prior to her time at Hogwarts. Her desired positions are beater, seeker, chaser and keeper. Aria Janette Uley? has moved up to beater after serving as an alternate for the team during Year 8. During the Year 9 summer JQNs, Aria was hitting bludgers at the opposing Manticores like she was born with the bat in her hand, landing one recorded hit for the Chimaeras. Her desired positions include beater, chaser, seeker and keeper. ChasersChaser Seirian Fendigaidd? grew up playing Quidditch with her brothers, two of whom were on house teams and one was a team captain. She's spent the past two years playing on the Slytherin team, and her desired positions are keeper, chaser, seeker and beater. Tyler Wolfewood? impressed the crowds in the Year 8 and Year 9 summer JQN games, in which he's played two games as chaser for the Manticores. In addition to the summer games, Tyler has played on the house team for three years. His desired positions include chasker, keeper, seeker and beater. First-year Mariel Ackart? rounds out the Slytherin chasers. She made her debut on the field as a chaser for the Chimaera team during the Year 9 summer JQNs and her desired positions are chaser, beater, seeker and keeper. KeeperCaptain Oscar Parker? first impressed then captain Jade Griffith? at the Year 7 Junior Quidditch Nationals when he played for the Ashwinders. Aside from his overtly competitive spirit and hot temper, his determination and skill shape him into an excellent keeper and great captain. This is his second year captaining the team. His desired positions include keeper, chaser, seeker and beater. SeekerBarney Faust? caught the snitch for the Manticores in the Year 9 summer JQNs, turning it into a tie game. He also played seeker in the Year 8 summer JQNs for the Manticores, has been on the house team for two years and has played outside of school. His desired positions include seeker, chaser, keeper and beater. CheerleadersEven though she's played for the Slytherin Serpents in the past, Sofia Grant? is taking on a new position for her team - head cheerleader for the Slytherin House. Backed up by Orchid Treehorn?, the ladies will be pumping their team up for each game and supporting them, no matter the outcome. AlternatesSecond-year Benito Damascene? will be playing for the Slytherin Team as an alternate for his first time at Hogwarts. He's played in games at home as chaser and beater, and his desired positions include chaser, beater, keeper and seeker. Damian Minor? also joined the team as an alternate. He has no prior Quidditch experience, but he's sure to be a great addition to the team. His desired positions include beater, keeper, chaser and seeker.
